Very good, the store provides dedicated shuttle services to various terminals.

The lady at the counter in Birmingham Airport wasn't friendly at all, tried to upsell but I had to deny. so she even got more upset. however, I am used to in it as I rent 200 days of a year from different location in the UK and Ireland. hence I am very much aware of their cons and pros.

they are pretty friendly and helpful. only problem is that I still haven't received my Deposit back yet, after 3 days I have inquired about it, they said it could take 30 to 60 days! seems like they are investing my money elsewhere to cash in some more revenue! its a disaster. if that really takes that long Easyrentcars would be out of option on my next rental.

Everything went well.. Post drop off, I was informed that I will receive an acknowledgment/ receipt on my email. Which I haven’t received as yet. Will appreciate if I could receive it for my records purpose.

First time i’d Hired a car .. I was nervous but turned out to be easy enough I did wax the car and hoover the car due to making it clean and not have water marks on the car and hoovered due to bits in the car that’s why I gave a good not excellent ( i’m Not complaining just saying) I would hire a car from you again due to been easy
