No creo que el coche reservado sea similar al que nos entregaron. En Golgcar no reconocían el seguro contratado con QEEQ. No nos permitieron usar el pago a través del móvil, sin haberlo comunicado en las condiciones previas.

Gracias por tu comentario. La oficina de alquiler no pudo verificar el seguro AXA en su sistema. Pero proporciona una cobertura integral para su alquiler. Deberá presentar una tarjeta de crédito a nombre del conductor principal para pagar el depósito. Si tiene alguna pregunta, no dude en ponerse en contacto con nosotros.

Staff in office was rude. Goldcar took an extra £100 on pickup and only refunded £70. On drop off with no explanation of why. Terrible service and will never use again.

The overall experience was positive except when I arrive at the Goldcar counter was pushed to buy another insurance which I did not buy. And the staff said that my insurance isn't good enough so she wanted me to buy another insurance on top of the one that I already have. After me kept saying no to another insurance she blocked my credit card ( which the norm). Also I had to pay €20 of airport fees which I didn't understand why because when I booked online I paid premium to have all taxes included. The staff at the counter was rude and lied to me. She said that the credit card deposit would take a month to return to my bank account but I asked another staff on the drop off and they told me in less than 2 weeks. With Goldcar never again.
