El servicio en la entrega del auto fue excelente. Pero al recoger el coche me intentaron vender seguro, me mintieron al decirme que no tenía ningún seguro, se molestó y me trato mal, incluso se burló de mí,, y me castigó con un auto de menor categoría justificandolo por no haber sido reservada directamente con ellos. Ya no se me dio ninguna respuesta a mis preguntas porque estaba muy enojada.

Also, they give you the car absolutely empty of fuel and there is no fuel station around. They know it's impossible to bring back a car empty so they make profit on the fact that people bring back the car with fuel in it...

La voiture demandée n'était pas disponible. J'avais reservé un SUV lux et j'ai eu une mid-range corréene. Le personnel etait odieux. A la restitution, il n'y avait personne et pas de boite pour les clefs, j'ai laissé la voiture sur le parking du loueur et le lendemain à la restitution ils m'ont obligée de payer le parking!! Je suis furieuse. Personne ne parlaient anglais, le personnel était absolument désagréable.
