My flight delay caused a late fee of 45 euros. They informed me that it was company policy and suggested I seek compensation from the airline. Aside from the 45-euro late fee due to the flight delay, everything else was fine.

Simple rental procedures, good vehicle condition, and timely reminder to retrieve the GPS device I left in the car upon return.

Extremely poor customer service

It's better to inform users about the process from the airport to the pickup point in advance!

The rental was fine, nice car but they don’t communicate with you where to pick up or drop off. The front desk just says “when you leave the airport turn left and another left” it led to an empty lot, nothing about going across the lot, look for our sign... so multiple people were outside trying to figure this out. When doing back in, same instructions when asked if he or someone could guide us... he said it’s “across the lot” basically, not worth rebooking with them.
