absolutely my worse ever car rental due both to Europcar AND Qeeq

The counter staff were confused and did not know anything about the money I paid ($120 approx) to Qeeq. they Still have no closed out the rental agreement even though I returned the car five days ago.

The car was given dirty that too after waiting for a long time and the counter staff didnt even apologise for the dirty car and the car not being ready.
About QEEQ: 10.0 /10
The car shown on the picture was a sedan but i was given a hatchback. I asked for sedan too but was refused.

Like: Efficient and friendly staff, great vehicle
Dislike: No parking spaces available during early morning (5:50am) drop off. No real problem - had to double park outside Europcar rental office
