Extremely patient car rental company. They provide a dedicated person to assist with car pick-up and return inspections. However, there was a minor oversight. I picked up the car in the afternoon, but the rental agreement stated PM instead of AM! This caused some trouble when returning the car as I was late. After some negotiation and comparing the order time with another car, the issue was finally resolved smoothly... Advice for everyone: Allow plenty of time. We spent over an hour picking up the car! Check critical information on the documents (time, price, etc.) carefully before signing!

Although the store is a bit far from the airport, the service guy was very helpful.
