Make sure you have your insurance covered before you get to the counter and then make sure you decline everything Fox offers you. They give you the hard sell and it will be very expensive.

NEVER AGAIN will I ever go to Fox. I will tell all of my friends to avoid like the plague and you better bet I will do everything in my power to take scam companies like this down.

Counter staff was absolutely dreadful, I got charged $23 and change from the deposit for...I have no idea what, I didn't want to stand in line for an hour to find out...would not use Fox again. Also, you have to pay for your spouse to drive, so Fox is not as inexpensive as you initially think.

pretty sure i was double charged and this was the absolute worse customer service i’ve ever received

Car was filthy. Inside was ok. Outside looked like someone went mud running in it and hadn't washed it for months. Counter rep was very nice. Had to wait a while in line. Must have been a peak time.
