Although I ordered a 4 door car, the desk staff upgraded me to a nicer SUV for free when they saw the luggage my group had brought, which was very much appreciated. They answered the phone quickly when I needed to speak to them and the instructions on pick up / drop off were precise.

The Booking was easy to make. The price drop option worked which was nice.

We wanted a compact vehicle and received a Dodge Durango they told me it was a free upgrade and I told him I wasn’t interested in an upgrade and it’s only an upgrade if you consider it an upgrade they said that there was nothing else available and I told them that I booked this months ago. They said we had the option to cancel which wasn’t an option at the time.

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

Routes not on main car rental location where most other car rentals are from airport so you need wait for their shuttle to go get you after you call that takes kinda long time to arrive...was like 30 minutes. Process of getting car was fast , got car I wanted to get in good shape, staff was helpfull with finding damages on car so they dont try to trick you. When I was driving piece of plastic on doors fell off, I didnt do anything to damage car was clearly manufacturer thing , googled piece of plastic was about 30 USD (new) but when I was dropping off car I had to pay 500 USD ,even tho I paid 500 USD already at beggining and gonna get rest back after repair for damages I didnt cause or couldnt prevent. Hope repair wont be overpriced becouse I know you just clean it and put there piece of plastic ,I know becouse I work in Škoda and I know how those being put on (we use screws tho so this cant happen , here was just glue).
