The car is relatively new, but a $2900 deposit is required if you don't purchase the in-store insurance.

Ended up having to fork out an additional £92 when we had only paid £52 for the rental as wouldn't accept the credit card as a deposit, although more than happy to accept the same card for more money!! Tried lying about a clearly rusty scratch which was on the car ehen we picked it up. Luckily we had taken photos before we drove away with it. My cousin also picked up a car at the same time as us and had nothing but problems. They also attempted to accuse her of causing damage which was already there. Absolute cowboys. Wish I had read reviews before I booked

Counter staff were friendly and helpful, but I was not made aware of the a weakness in the model (Honda Jazz) - yellow tyre pressure light coming on, which was a worry, as I had no handbook. The car drove beautifully throughout. Maps (as well as the aforementioned handbook) might have been provided. The 2000 Euros (security) asked for at check-in was a shock. I am still awaiting the refund (I was told to wait at least fifteen days). I left my sunglasses in the car, and e-mailed to ask whether I could get them sent to me (with me paying the postage) a week ago , but no reply so far.

AVOID. Terrible experience. awful customer service. poor quality of cars. Everythings hidden in the fine fine print. Asked for £1,800 when arrived at check in. £30 extra money for boarder fees. and £95 upfront incase i didnt return full tank. Didnt have a similar car i purchased. Had to give me a manual Car and i asked for automatic car. First car they offered had engine managment light on. Overall shocking experience.
