“Nice car, not very good service for picking up the car”

Apex had not received my details nor payment after booking thru QEEQ. As my flight was delayed and I arrived at my destination late (4:30pm), apex refused to pick us up from the airport because they state last pick up at 4pm. They offered to call me a taxi at my cost and they close at 5pm so I was struggling to make it in time. They had no details nor payment thanks to QEEQ so I couldn’t even get a refund.
Great car company. Made the whole thing easy. Interior of the car was a little dirty but the outside was spotless (easy to see if there is any damage, which there wasn’t). Friendly staff. Highly recommend
The counter staff was very helpful at pick-up point. The pick-up and drop off was very smooth.
