I originally booked a BMW and paid for it, but they gave me a Nissan Tiida. After demanding a refund and filing a complaint in anger, they replaced it with a Suzuki Vitara. The tires on this Vitara were almost worn out. You know how Athens streets are—lots of uphill and downhill. At one point, the brakes failed, and the car slid down a slope; luckily, no one was at the intersection, or there could have been a serious accident. Later, the brakes made a grinding noise and were practically worn out.

Like: Having air conditioning in the back two rows of van was critical. Two previous trips to Greece were almost ruined by a large van with no air-conditioning in the back seats. A disaster for a country like Greece. Dislike: Very Fast service for pick up; Very friendly, helpful staff; Drop off very easy, and staff very helpful in finding a couple of carts and helping us unload. Top marks! Thank you so much!
