I don't understand why they charged so much! They added a significant amount of insurance without any explanation. There were too many miscellaneous and unexplained charges.

Picked up the car at Miami Airport. The signage was very clear, directing us all the way to the rental center. The queue was a bit long, but we got a really good car that easily fit 5 pieces of luggage. Returned the car at Orlando Airport. After inspection, the staff even drove us to the terminal entrance for our airline, which was very considerate. Hertz offers great service and well-maintained vehicles!
