YES. Not honest! Book a SUV according according to the vehicle type. BUT gave me a very old model which I’m VERY UNHAPPY WITH. Please kindly feed back to them. I also emailed them about my case. They have not reply to me. I m Feeling Cheated

1. In the middle of processing my rental, they started assisting other customers and took a very long time. 2. They charged me 5000 THB at the counter even though I had already paid 1450 CNY in full when booking through Zuzuche, and they said Zuzuche would refund me.

Have been to Thailand for many times but this is our first time hiring a car for trip in Thailand. It was very easy to locate the counter in the Krabi airport upon arrival.
