Upon arriving at Krabi International Airport, please exit through the arrivals gate and turn left towards Gate 15. Our service counter is located about 10 meters past Exit 15.

Drop-off Instructions

For car return, customers must call the branch staff at +66 98 2470404 or +66 87 5050504 (WhatsApp is also available with this number) 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. Rentals should be returned at the Domestic Terminal, 1st floor, in front of terminal gate 15.

Experience was good. We arrived later than the booking time and the service counter can be easily located and the pick up process was brisk. This is especially important when traveling with kids. A little disappointed with the small boot space of the car. Considering that it is a 7 seater, it is not able to take a single 21” luggage. A seat had to be sacrificed for luggages.
