Never going to rent with YesAway ever again in my life!

The rental company promptly contacted us before departure to discuss the itinerary, quickly answered various questions, and provided relevant guidance. There were shuttle services from the airport. The process of picking up and returning the car was very convenient and straightforward.

The car had some scratches and dents, but otherwise it was fine. Picking up my vehicle was smoothe. Dropping off, had a bit of a wait to get to the airport. First said it would be 5 minutes. I waited at least 5 minutes, then said it would be an additional 10 minutes. When I indicated I really needed to make my flight, then then took me to the airport. Other than that I think Yesaway is great, better than any Car Rental I have ever experienced. Prices are quite reasonable and hoping them keep them that way. Would like to see a little more customer service available at the counter when walking in. Overall the place seems empty, but the upside is that there isn't a huge crowd to compete with time wise. Overall I would give Yesaway a 9.8. I am very happy with them and would like to make this my Car Rental of Choice. Like: Staff was nice & informative, no upsell or fraudulent charges. We were also picked up & dropped off in a Mercedes van, which was nice.
Dislike: Everything was fine.
