First time I’m using diesel car not aware that I’ve to add adblue. Cause some anxiety during journey. I was not informed during pick up .

The extra full insurance is a rip-off; they charge 500 euros for 11 days.

The car was pretty old and knackered, and parked on the top floor of a multi-storey car park with limited lift access, so we had to carry heavy suitcases up the last few steps. The Alamo staff were friendly but there were some hidden catches (not allowed to take the cars on a ferry, for example). Drop-off very quick but I haven’t received any sort of receipt from them.
