“Old car and long time refund”

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.

Horrible pick up experience. Rude staff. Tried to charge us our excess for insurance up front (claimed miscommunication). 7pm at night and the rude staff member tells us we need to go elsewhere. Another member of staff came to speak with us 10 mins later and finalised the pick up. Car radio didn't work. Wasn't in english so we couldn't use for our whole trip
