The car we reserved wasn’t available. It was a Nissan Rogue. Instead they gave us a minivan. The van was wrecked and the inside was not clean.

Easyrentcars pick up time was an hour and a half. I even ran after a van who just past as by. Otherwise once we arrived the counter person was very good and nice and drop off was a little hectic but went fairly smooth

The I tried to change my pick up and drop off times and was told that I couldn't do that without cancelling and rebooking which cost me an additional $60. The pick up process was horrible and the staff wasn't very friendly. The communication was very unclear about where I could pick up the shuttle at the airport. When I called the number to arrange a pick up it was an automated recording that gave me different information than the email I got and nobody was answering the phone at the branch.

Did not have the vehicle that was confirmed on my order which I needed and the reasons I specifically requested a certain vehicle type. The vehicle I was ultimately forced to take was filthy and head damage and 3 of 4 sides. I learned later that the vehicle I was confirmed has never been a part of this location's inventory.

6 am open was too late for shuttle transfer to airport
