No complaints with Europcar, excellent service at the desk. Made the collection process really simple and easy. Even though we got given a slightly different car than requested, the car we got was perfect. Brand new with all the extras. A real good quality car meaning our road trips was very comfortable.

Second time using Qeeq and have 0 complaints. I didn’t hesitate to use Qeeq for our 5 day trip to Tasmania after our excellent experience 2 years ago. Used Qeeq insurance too, and that made it a whole lot less stressful as I didn’t need to panic when some companies scare you into buying additional insurance as I knew I was all covered. 100% recommend Qeeq if you’re visiting Australia, their deals are spot on meaning you can get the car hire and insurance cheaper without missing out on quality cars. The car rental process is right in the arrival hall of Launceston Airport, and the cars are parked in the rental company’s parking lot next to the airport.

I will hire a car again next time

We did not like the extras we have to pay. Would prefer to have all paid up front and taking the car will be much easier. I hope all bookings will ge all inclusive next time. Seems like we have to add on so many little things. Adds up to the cost which is hidden in the initial booking. Leaves a bit of a bad taste.
