The vehicle was very new with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. It was fuel-efficient, and the CarPlay connection made navigation very convenient. Additionally, the lane-keeping assist feature was excellent. If you're used to driving left-hand drive cars, switching to right-hand drive might feel a bit off, but the system immediately alerts you if the vehicle veers out of the lane, which is particularly helpful.

Overall very pleased with transaction

Little confused with insurance. I buy via app but car rental people don't like it and prefer I buy insurance via them but it's so much more expensive.

We were given an upgrade and the staff could not have been better. There was quite long queue but the staff soon dealt with it. We were asked if we minded waiting a few minutes extra while they finished valeting the upgrade and we were kept updated thro out. Excellent service overall. Will use Europcar again without hesitation .

Desk staff tried to upgrade us to an SUV. Normally that would be lovely but it wouldn’t have fit our three car seats. It was a lovely gesture. We would have upgraded to a full size 4WD Or people mover if one was available.

Price drop protector saved me $50. Easy website to navigate.
