Not informed car was diesel. Had nicks and dents in sunlight. No AC for duration.

Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

The car that was booked was not available. They wanted to up-sell us to a sporty model , which we dec lined. Were given a caravan for the same price as reserved. Not exactly what we wanted for two people but it served our purposes.

Arrived at the rental kiosk along with about 20 other people who had been waiting over an hour. We were all PREPAID but they had NO cars for us. This was a disaster.

Like: The price, the location, the serbice.
Dislike: Not too peppy and had scratches and dents but we had marked it down but was not cleaned inside

Like: The vehicle that I received was one that I like and it only had 12,000 miles. As a mid-size it had lots of tech bells and whistles, but didn't have an onboard GPS and console map display. Friendly staff that made it simple.
Dislike: Nothing you can really do about the location of the rental car pickup. It was OK but not really close to the airport.
