Not good had to return to airport & exchange car. The 1-800 number on contract is in Guatemala

The car that was booked was not available. They wanted to up-sell us to a sporty model , which we dec lined. Were given a caravan for the same price as reserved. Not exactly what we wanted for two people but it served our purposes.

Had to wait over two hours in line to get to the rental counter. Way too long!

Advantage in Phoenix was the worst rental car company I ever had to deal with. When I arrived at the rental car center, Advantage did not have any rental cars available. Also, at 20 other groups of people were waiting in line at 12 midnite for a rental car with no cars available to rent. I had to rent a car from Dollar rental cars for $114 for 24 hr. rental period. I had to go back to Advantage the next day. They only had diesel cars available which costed me more than $50 in gas as compared to a gas car for the 19 day rental period. The worst rental car experience I ever had.

car was fine, just not what i rented. why can't car rental businesses provide the "reserved" car i rented?
