The car was dirty and almost fallen apart - left car didn't close completely and right one didn't lock at all. The trunk door stuck most of the time. The back wheel made terrible sounds that everyone on the street were looking at us. I have no idea how did they pass WOF. Guy on the counter had very strong Chinese accent and have to ask him many times

“Old car and long time refund”

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.
