Like: Best price for car rentals. New Zealand has the highest car rental price than all countries I visit.
Dislike: The only down side was we had to wait over half an hour from the time we rang them to be picked up at airport. Apart from that it was a fab experience.

Dislike: The process to get the car at Auckland Airport is horrendous. We'd never done it this way before and the service desk for all offsite hire car companies is disorganised and chaotic. One of the two telephones at the service desk goes straight to voicemail and so without a local mobile it's impossible to know how to pick up the car or get to the lot if you've never done it before. We wasted about an hour trying to figure it out. But once we had been picked up by Aerodrive our experience was great from there on.
