Booking easy. Price was only competitive as I had a voucher to use.

The staff had a good attitude. After presenting the car rental order, there was no obvious attempt to upsell insurance. Since I picked up the car in the morning, there were no lines, and it took about 20 minutes to complete the process.

There was a minor issue when we rented the car. We asked the staff for an electronic toll collection device and they said they had one. We signed the contract and the staff, probably eager to get off work, didn't include it properly. When returning the car, we were almost fined for electronic toll fees. Thankfully, my child, who speaks fluent Portuguese, argued our case and pointed out the contract wasn't signed correctly. The return staff then realized it was a mistake from when we rented the car and apologized. It was resolved smoothly in the end.

Long wait to get the car and first representative with whom I spoke (on Sunday 29 @20:30) failed to be helpful with an issue I had related to the deposit.

It was hard to clarify with customer care representatives if another main driver would be insured by a reservation from my account.

Great counter staff, very helpful, friendly and good communication.
