The car pickup process was indeed quick, and surprisingly, there was no attempt to sell insurance.

There were a few small hiccups, but communication was smooth and overall the experience was pretty good.

THEY WERE OKAY. IT TOOK SOME TIME TO RECIEVE THE CAR AND IT WAS NOT THE CAR WE EXPECTED AND WASN'T AUTOMATIC WICH WAS A DISADVANTAGE.

Unlike what some people said, they didn't insist on you purchasing additional full coverage insurance during car pickup, which might vary depending on the person. Overall, the pickup experience was good, but they replaced the Ford Focus with a Chery, which has notably higher fuel consumption. Also, the fuel tank specifies 95-octane gasoline, but it actually requires 98-octane.

Traditional paper procedures, but the queue wasn’t long, so it was relatively quick. The vehicle was in good condition, and a big company feels reliable.

Some phone calls couldn't get through, but close to the pickup time, someone will contact you by phone.

The staff were very nice and welcoming, but their phone lines were unreachable. The car broke down in the middle of the grassland, and it was impossible to contact the car rental company or roadside assistance. We were only able to get out of the situation thanks to the help of kind locals.

When it was time to pick up the car, we couldn’t find the place using the address on the QEEQ website, but the local rental company actually drove the car over to hand it to us. They were super friendly—big thumbs up to them.
