MEX Car Rental

I barely had to wait when I arrived at the store, the staff were very friendly, and we could use a translation app to communicate when there was a language barrier.

This is my second time renting from this company, and overall, it was great. The process from pickup to return was quick, and there were no hidden charges.

The overall service was excellent. I chose full insurance on the platform, so there was no need to purchase extra insurance in-store. However, it's a bit disappointing that it's rare to get the reserved car model.

The overall service attitude was quite good, but there were two issues: 1. They try to upsell insurance during pickup, even if it's already included. 2. When returning the car, they intentionally blame the renter for any damages unless there is evidence it existed during pickup, which is very frustrating.

The car pickup process was too slow; I had to stand and wait for an hour with no air conditioning or seating.

No horario la reserva. Llegamos 1 hora después del "pick-up time", por el tiempo que esperamos las maletas, el shuttle a su oficina, etc. Dijeron que como llegamos tarde, ya no tenían la unidad (era claro que ya no tenían coches). Nos ofrecieron otro coche por tan solo 2 veces más de lo que ya habíamos pagado. No ofrecen alternatives, son completamente inflexibles. No caigan en la trampa de reservar algo que se ve a muy buen precio. No respetan la reserva
