Pick-up Instructions

From T5 - Walk through arrivals, turn right and head towards the underground station. Continue past the station, through the double doors. Take the lift to the short stay car park on level 4. For Heathrow Terminals 2, 3 & 4 you can find us at our central rental station, please make your way to the car rental bus stops where you can use the free shuttle to our main base to collect your car.
