Walking through lower marsh you will see shops such as Greggs and Boots. Customers collecting a vehicle in Great Britain and planning to drive in the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe must purchase European Travel Insurance (ETI). Customers without a UK driving licence may be subject to additional eligibility checks before rental. ETI includes written authorisation (VE103B form) to drive the vehicle in the permitted countries listed below, as well as 24/7 international roadside assistance provided by the AA. Customers must inform the rental location of any cross-border travel and obtain prior authorisation. The rental location must be notified at least 72 hours before vehicle collection to arrange ETI. ETI is available only to customers paying by credit card. It covers travel only in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. This applies to both the destination and any countries/territories travelled through. Premium, Luxury, and Executive vehicles are not covered by ETI and must not be taken outside the country/territory where they were rented. The ETI fee is £325.00 per rental for all cross-border travel. For rentals in Northern Ireland crossing into the Republic of Ireland only, the fee is £27.00.

Dislike: During the booking process online, the website gave us pick up option in Tower Bridge ( which we chose). But, when we got confirmation email it told us to pick up the car at Spur road address in Waterloo and not Tower Bridge. Unfortunately, Spur Road office was closed, so we had to call the agency to find out that in fact we had to pick up the car at Lower Marsh road ( Waterloo), so online booking process was a bit confusing, but overall satisfied with the service.

The only issue we have was only while picking up the car. We came on time at 9am however the car was not ready. We have to wait for them to clean the car and we told them that we were rushing. Once we get the car, we ask the staff if we need to do anything else, complete the paper work or make any deposit payment twice but he said ni. We left the place and we got a call asking is to turn back. It’s a miss communication internallh they need our credit card details for deposit. We cant turn back and I have to provide my details via the phone. Service at this Centre definately need to be improved.
