European Travel Coverage provides the customers with our written consent (VE103B form) to drive the vehicle in the countries stated below and to access 24/7 international breakdown cover through the AA. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the UK mainland with the vehicle and require our authorization. Customers are required to inform the rental branch with no less than 72 hours’ notice prior to collecting the vehicle to arrange their European Travel Coverage. European Travel Coverage is only available to customers paying with a credit card and the vehicle must only be used in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, UK. This includes the destination and any countries customers might travel through. Premium, Luxury and Executive vehicles are excluded from the European Travel Coverage product and are therefore not allowed to leave the country. The charge for European Travel Coverage is 325.00 per rental for all cross border travels. Customers renting from Northern Ireland wishing to cross the border into the Republic of Ireland will only be charged 27.00

The rental company booked the wrong car. The store tried to find another car but couldn't. The car I got was completely different from what was online; it was a cargo van, not a 9-seater. I had to pay 15 times the price to get a car to my destination. I demand compensation.

The rental company's service is fairly decent, and the rental and return process is relatively simple. However, they kept recommending additional insurance when I picked up the car, even though I had already purchased full coverage on the QEEQ platform. This was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the rental company's pickup and drop-off points are very inconspicuous and difficult to find!

Rented a car for 2 days at 2800 RMB, but inexplicably got charged over 6000 RMB after exchanging the car! There were damages to the car when I received it, which I had recorded and reported to the store, but I was still charged after swapping the car. I'm not sure if it's because of the damages initially recorded. I've reported this multiple times to the car rental service and am still waiting for a resolution. Overall, the issue remains unresolved. I will provide additional feedback later.

The rental company said they would refund the deposit of 500 pounds after I returned the car, but I received a charge instead. It has been returned, but no refund yet. The customer service of Zuzuche said they would check for me. It's a very bad experience. Now I have to constantly monitor my £500. It's so frustrating and unreliable.

Terrible experience! I booked a Mercedes C, but they gave me an A. After a heated argument, they provided a GLB. Shortly after driving off, I noticed tire pressure issues (photo as evidence). I had to refill air during the trip. When returning the car, I simply dropped the key off as I was rushing to catch a flight. Later, I received an incident report claiming I lost a tire valve core (this was disproven with video evidence, and the report was deleted). The focus was on the same tire with the pressure issue, alleging there was a 1cm cut. I had no choice but to accept the blame. Absolutely awful.
