Please contact the staff to pick you up to Big Thumb - Kuala Lumpur International Airport (klia2) car rental when you arrived.

Once a pick-up date is confirmed, a Big Thumb representative will directly contact you. Big Thumb will inform you of a meeting point, and will provide the name and picture of its representative responsible for the pick-up. There is no counter at the terminal, and the Big Thumb representative will meet you to proceed to the car pick-up. If you wish to reschedule the pick-up time, please contact Big Thumb in advance (03 9200 888). If the pick-up takes place outside working hours – which are from 08:00 to 21:00 – Big Thumb will charge 70MYR of service costs, as mentioned in the initial price quotation. I truly appreciated the warm one-on-one service. Even though there's no counter at the airport, two staff members delivered the car directly to the airport, which was very thoughtful. After confirming whether I had purchased QEEQ insurance, they didn't push any additional insurance, which was clear and straightforward. They also informed me that if any accidents occurred in the city, I could call them for free assistance, although I didn't need this service. The car was new, and after we returned it, the staff even took us directly to a shopping mall, saving us the hassle of taking a shuttle bus.
