Big Thumb does not have a physical store at the airport. A representative from Big Thumb will be meeting you at the arrival hall. If you cannot find the representative, please call 019 -473 6681; If, for any reason, you need to delay or cancel your car pick up, please call the store phone (604-618 0242) in advance to inform. Picking up the car outside business hours will lead to an additional fee of 50MYR. If you scheduled picking up the car outside office hours during the online booking, the fee is already included in your reservation confirmation.

Picking up the car at Langkawi Airport was very convenient. Although I arrived at Langkawi in the early morning, the rental company's staff were very polite. I extended the rental by three days simply by calling QEEQ's customer service for confirmation, which was very professional and convenient. Returning the car was also very quick, just at the designated spot at Langkawi Airport, and the deposit was refunded on the spot.

We spent the first two days island hopping after arriving in Langkawi, so on the third day we called to arrange a car pickup outside the airport. The service was good; for an extra fee, they could deliver the car to the hotel, which wasn't too expensive. Future renters can judge for themselves. The car was as described online, but after a while, the air conditioner broke down. We contacted them immediately, and they sent someone to fix it when we passed by the airport office. However, it still didn't work after a while, so they replaced the car that night. Overall, the service was good. A reminder for everyone, when renting a car abroad, having a phone is very important.
