Strongly do NOT recommend Alamo / Enterprise.

The service this time was honestly unbelievable in a bad way. When picking up the car, they kept making things difficult and at one point basically refused to let me take the car. At night when I came back to return it and couldn’t find the drop-off spot, the staff on-site not only refused to help, they immediately started snapping at me with a horrible attitude. There was zero sense of customer service throughout the whole process.

On the other hand, QEEQ’s customer support really deserves praise. As soon as there was an issue, they stayed proactive, helped coordinate everything, even offered to switch me to another rental company and cover the price difference from the higher rate. They were efficient, friendly, and genuinely focused on solving the problem for the customer.

Alamo and Enterprise are the same group, and this experience made me completely blacklist them. If you have a choice, I’d strongly suggest avoiding them. My experiences with Avis, Budget, and Europcar have been much better.

Overall the service was pretty good. I forgot a file folder and the staff actually took the time to bring it back to me, which I really appreciated. The only downsides were that the car hadn’t been washed, and the drop-off key box was a bit hard to find.

Overall their service was pretty good and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. But I wasn’t happy that the model I actually wanted to rent wasn’t available and they just gave me a different one. The other thing is the paint in the trunk area was way too thin—just putting my suitcase in and out a couple of times scratched it up, and I ended up paying a lot for repairs. That part really disappointed me.

Overall the rental process was smooth and communication was easy. The car was in decent condition; it just felt a bit sluggish when accelerating, probably due to the model or its condition. The car was very clean, but the dashboard info was all in German and I couldn’t figure out how to change it.

Overall pretty happy with the service and the car was in decent condition. Got a tire pressure warning while driving, but it went away after we added air. Kind of a bummer we didn’t get the Audi A3 we’d booked, and the replacement had a column shifter I’m really not used to.

Both the rental counter and parking lot are inside the airport, so it was really easy to find. The paperwork was straightforward, service was efficient, and we got the car very quickly.

This was my first time renting a car in Munich for a road trip, drove about 2,000 km in total. The Avis counter was really easy to find and the staff were super friendly. I paid to upgrade the car and got an almost brand‑new black Mercedes CLA, which felt rock solid on the highway and stayed with us for nearly ten days. One thing worth highlighting: QEEQ’s pickup instructions were very clear and convenient, all the info they provided was spot on. Another big plus was the insurance claim process. Before the trip I bought the super extra coverage (including tires and glass), and we actually had a minor incident where the front windshield cracked. After I got home and followed the procedure, the claim was approved and paid out within four working days. Overall, the whole experience was excellent!

It was okay overall, the whole process is pretty unmanned and mostly self-service.

Rented a BYD hybrid wagon in Germany this time – solid chassis, smooth acceleration, overall a great drive and ride. Service was generally good too. Little tip for anyone renting: when you pick up the car, make sure you specifically ask the staff for the blue parking permit card!

For such a long journey, this 9-seater was rock solid—super stable, really spacious, and even with a full group plus all our luggage, we never felt cramped. Being a diesel, it handled the German autobahn and mountain curves with smooth, reliable power. Everything was arranged through the rental platform: pickup and return were straightforward, the process was clear, and there were no hidden fees at all, which made driving in a foreign country feel really stress-free. The whole trip felt perfect—exploring all the famous spots in Southern Germany at our own pace was incredibly easy and flexible, so much more freedom than relying on public transport. Next time we come back to Germany, we’ll definitely choose QEEQ for self-driving again. Highly recommend a 9-seater MPV if you’re traveling with a group!

Service was great. I booked the car pretty late so they couldn’t get the model I wanted in time, but they were really proactive in helping me sort it out and in the end I just paid the difference and switched to another model.
