Overall satisfied. It would be better if the procedures were simpler, like some other companies, without the need to fill out and confirm so many documents. The language barrier makes it hard to understand what is written.

Upon arrival at the rental company, they demanded additional rental fees, claiming our rate was too low to be possible. We showed them our booking and held firm. After nearly an hour of arguing, we were finally allowed to take the car. However, it wasn't the Toyota we booked, but a smaller Renault estate car. Fortunately, one of our companions had lighter luggage, so we managed to fit the luggage of four people. To save time, we didn't insist further and just took the car and left.

The service was quite good, with no upselling whatsoever. We simply paid the deposit and took the car. However, the vehicle was a bit old and worn out. I always thought Mexicans might be inefficient, but it turned out to be fine. Our car tire got punctured by a nail in Guanajuato. We contacted the local car rental office at 11 a.m., and since none of the local staff spoke English, we communicated via WhatsApp. By 1 p.m., they arrived at our parking spot, inflated the tire, then drove to a nearby repair shop for inspection and patched the tire. By 2 p.m., the car was returned to us. Considering the complete language barrier, the entire process was handled very satisfactorily.

There are dedicated reception staff at the airport who guide you to the shuttle bus. The store employees are straightforward and do not try to upsell. Staff provide an overview of the car's condition during pickup. Car return is quick and efficient without unnecessary procedures. Both the pickup and drop-off staff are very friendly.

Absolutely terrible service. The order placed in China was completely invalid locally. Upon arrival at Mexico City Airport, I was charged an additional $1200 for insurance, one-way rental, and other miscellaneous fees, which I had already paid through Zuzuche in China. I hope friends who see my comment avoid renting from this company in Mexico.

I used a Mexican driver's license, and there was no clause stating it had to be over a year old to rent a car. However, I was forced to pay $220 at the store to rent the car, and after negotiation, I paid $120. This should have been communicated in advance, not added as a surprise fee!

The car provided was very different from the one I booked. When returning the car late at night, the staff tried to extort me by pointing to an old damage on the car and claiming I caused it, demanding compensation.

We rented three cars under three separate orders, all specified to be Chevrolet Captiva 7-seaters. Upon pick-up, we were given Changan CS35plus 5-seater cars instead. When we arrived at the designated pick-up time, the rental company informed us that no 7-seaters were available and only 5-seaters could be provided. They said if we weren't happy, we could choose not to rent. Left with no choice, we took the car, but our luggage couldn't fit. The staff then suggested upgrading to a 7-seater, which cost nearly 700 USD—an outrageous fee. We also purchased the company's full insurance with zero excess, but the car was damaged while parked. When returning the vehicle, the company outright denied that we had purchased insurance, refused to check the contract or rental agreement, and insisted we hadn't bought coverage. They forcibly charged us for the damage. The service was extremely rude. We strongly advise against choosing this rental company. Out of all the countries we've traveled to, this was by far the worst car rental experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

We rented three cars in total, all orders for Chevrolet Captiva 7-seater cars. However, upon pickup, they gave us a Changan CS35 Plus 5-seater car. When we arrived at the pickup time, the rental company informed us there were no 7-seater cars available, only 5-seaters, and if we didn’t want it, we could cancel the rental. Left with no choice, we took the car, but our luggage didn’t fit. The staff then suggested upgrading to a 7-seater car, for which we had to pay nearly $700, which is extremely unreasonable. We purchased full insurance with zero deductible when renting. The parked car was hit, but when we returned it, the rental company adamantly denied that we had bought insurance. They refused to check the contract or the rental receipt and insisted we hadn't purchased insurance, forcibly deducting the damage costs. Their service attitude was appalling. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this rental company. Of all the countries we’ve rented cars in, this is by far the worst rental company. Avoid it at all costs!

1. The first time I rented a car, I only drove in the city for a day and used just one bar of fuel, but they charged me $35 USD, which is ridiculously expensive. 2. The second time I rented a car, I waited 2 hours at the store and they still couldn't find my reservation. In the end, I had to extend my first reservation just to get a car—so slow and disorganized. 3. The car model was incorrect. I originally booked a Volkswagen, but both times I was only given a Toyota or a Chevrolet. This feels like intentional deception. 4. The vehicle was old, with scratches all over the body. The inspector even accused me of causing the damage, which seems deliberately unfair. Overall, this was the worst car rental experience, and I will warn all my friends about it.

The rental company did not inform us that the license plate was prohibited from driving on Saturdays. We were stopped by the police, fined $200, and the car was impounded for two days. Eventually, we paid a $100 bribe to get released. We drove back to the hotel and didn't go anywhere for the rest of the day. When returning the car, we tried to discuss the issue, but the rental company refused any compensation. Maybe QEEQ can help resolve this problem.

This is a black-hearted company. They lure you in with cheap rental prices, then upsell you to high-priced cars. The so-called high-priced cars are just different brands of the same class, with daily rentals going up to over 500 yuan. Unlike this, at the airport, you can freely choose other car rental companies.

While it's stated that the car can be picked up and returned 24 hours a day, the office didn't open until 8 AM even though I was there from 6 AM. The provided contact number was unresponsive during this period. Additionally, they only had a very basic 7-seater available, which is far below the class of a Tiguan, leading to a poor experience.
