The QEEQ pickup voucher stated that the car should be picked up within the airport, but after asking around, a local Turkish person helped me make a call to reach the store and arrange a pickup.

L’experience globale c’est bien passé mais nous avons eu un mal fou à trouver où récuperer le vehicule puisque ce n’est pas à l’aéroport. Une fois sur place l’anglais de la personne n’était pas très bon. Obligé de poser plusieurs fois les mêmes questions pour avoir les réponses. Enfin on récupère le véhicule... à sec. Obligé dès le départ de faire le plein. Ce n’est pas grand chose mais quand on n’est pas dans son pays d’origine ça refroidit un peu. Nous avons aussi posé des questions sur la façon de conduire en Turquie (limitations ect) on n’a jamais eu la réponse. Mais content que le reste ce soit bien passé.

the old vehicle given to us is not roadworthy and it is a risk to our safety. The vehicle rattled on the expressway and the tires are completely worn out. The tyres were skidding in the rain and was difficult to control the vehicle . The interior of the car is stinking and it has done over 180,000 km and is over 11 years old.

No upselling, but make sure to check the contract carefully. Initially, the wrong return location was listed for one-way rental, but it was later corrected. Additionally, the deposit fee was charged directly to the card instead of being pre-authorized, and there was a loss due to exchange rate differences upon refund.

Overall, the car was in good condition and fairly fuel-efficient. Picking up and returning the car was relatively easy, although the procedures for vehicle pickup were not completed in advance, and the extra amount of gasoline added when returning the car was not refunded.

1- The road conditions in Turkey are excellent. 2- The condition of the car was quite good and very spacious for four people. 3- The Tantu navigation app is not very good; overall, it is not as good as Google Maps.

1. The rental process is very simple. There's no credit card deposit, authorization, or vehicle inspection involved. Picking up and returning the car is hassle-free! 2. The car is a diesel version with plenty of power, perfect for the uneven terrain of Cappadocia! 3. One reminder: They won't hold a sign to meet you. When you are waiting for your luggage, you need to call them, inform them when you will be at the terminal entrance, and confirm how long they will take to arrive. Otherwise, you might end up waiting in the cold for nearly 30 minutes like we did. 4. If you are not going to Lake Tuz, adding 100 lira worth of fuel is enough. There are many gas stations along the way. We added 150 lira and still had 2 bars of fuel left when we returned the car. Since we picked up the car with an empty tank, it was unavoidable to waste some fuel.

We did a road trip in Turkey, and the rental company picked us up from the airport at 2 AM and also sent someone to the hotel for the car return. The service was excellent. Our car's side mirror was damaged when parked at a hotel in Goreme, and the rental company owner drove for over an hour with two other people to check the situation and assured us that the insurance would cover it completely, which was reassuring. However, during our drive, the car got a scratch, but since it was minor and we were in a rural area, we didn't report it. As a result, we had to pay 150 TL when returning the car.

At arrival nobody was there to expect us (with a sign). We had to call the AVEC office. 5min later the staff appeared. Car had a damage so the car was not so “beautiful” but other than that everything smooth.
