CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON BUDGET IN CAIRO

They upgraded my my reservation for Volvo S40, after I received the car & while driving I noticed that the wheels have problems, I went to a gas station in order to adjust the wheels, then I called them to inform with the problem he told me that he will call the maintenance manager in order to call me, I didn’t receive any calls from anyone then, in the the next day I noticed the same problem while I was traveling to a resort which is 120 kilometers far from Cairo, I went to a gas station to adjust the wheels as well, when I returned back ( after 2 days) I called them and asked them to replace the car as it has a problem in the wheels, they told me no worries then while I was driving on the ring Road (high way) suddenly I found the wheel smashed on the road, thanks god me and my family survived & the car as well except for the wheel, then after I called them back to inform them by what happened they sent another car to me to replace the old which was much more better than the old, I was surprised by a call from the manager telling me that they will fix the wheels and discount the cost from me!!!!

I booked for a Group B Car and got even a much better car as an upgrade. However, the car was a little bit old. Budget staff were very helpful.

It was 2015 volvo car I am sure it was not properly maintained.I think I will not rent a car from there

I was expecting newer car I had car with unserviceable boot and damage body I picked up the car 2:30 in the morning and couldn't see the body. Thanks god I bought full cover insurance otherwise I would have to pay total repair. Really the car body was just a damage

I had an excellent car rental experience at Cairo Airport this time, and I chose the Nissan Sunny as my vehicle. Since my schedule was tight, I completed the booking on the platform before departure, with both pick-up and drop-off arranged at Cairo International Airport, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, the rental company staff were already waiting in the designated area. The process of handling the paperwork was efficient and straightforward, and all necessary documents and deposit procedures were communicated in advance, with no hidden charges, which made me feel very assured. As for the vehicle, the Nissan Sunny was in great condition. The exterior was clean and tidy with no visible scratches or damage, and the interior was well-maintained, with the seats and dashboard spotless. During the handover, the staff carefully inspected the vehicle and patiently explained basic details such as fuel level, brakes, and lights to ensure I was fully informed about the car's condition. The entire handover process took only about ten minutes, which was very efficient.

Highly efficient and great attitude.

The car was in good condition with slightly over 20,000 kilometers on it. In Egypt, especially in Cairo where traffic rules are chaotic, the engine performance and braking system are particularly important. The downside was the long wait time for picking up the car, which took almost 2 hours.
