Everything was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Communication was smooth from start to finish and the staff were super nice. Overall, it was a really satisfying car rental experience.

Really patient service, the car was in pretty good condition, and both pickup and inspection were quick and hassle-free.

Pick-up staff were super friendly, but the older guy at drop-off didn’t speak much English and had a pretty bad attitude. He couldn’t explain the return location clearly either. The drop-off spot is a bit hard to find, so I’d suggest allowing some extra time in advance.

The car's condition is considered excellent compared to vehicles commonly seen on Egyptian roads. I added unlimited mileage, which turned out to be a great decision; otherwise, it would have been stressful. The rental company's response was very prompt. When I accidentally locked the key in the trunk near the pyramids, they kindly sent someone with a spare key. I'm very grateful.

This branch is in the new terminal. Terminals 2 and 3 aren’t connected inside, so you have to push your luggage outside and re-enter the building. Picking up the car took quite a while – they wait until everyone from the same flight finishes the paperwork and only then take the whole group to a parking lot that’s pretty far away to collect the cars together. In total it was about 1.5 hours. They gave us a Tiggo, and the exterior looked seriously battered, but driving in Egypt is tough and almost every car on the road is covered in dents, so this one was actually not bad by local standards. Mechanically it was fine.

Fantastic experience. Got a 2026 Duster with only 36,000 km on it and Continental tires—car was in great shape. But seriously, I really don’t recommend driving in downtown Old Cairo. Just don’t drive there. Really, don’t.

The branch was super easy to find, right at T3 Arrivals. Picking up and returning the car was really quick. The car itself was decent and, most importantly, didn’t break down on us.

Pretty good overall, just had to wait quite a while for the car. Highly recommend getting the insurance—driving in Cairo is a bit wild.

This rental company was absolutely amazing. As soon as we got off the plane, the guy delivering the car found us right away. We hadn’t exchanged any Egyptian pounds yet, and he even fronted me 100 in cash to cover all my highway tolls—so thoughtful. The handover was super smooth, and having the car made it easy to get everywhere we wanted. Just be extra careful driving in Cairo; other cities are much more relaxed. On the last day, we wanted to visit a market near the airport, so we arranged to return the car there. The staff member came half an hour early and was already waiting for us—I actually felt a bit bad about that. Overall, the whole experience far exceeded my expectations. Their service is way better than many big international rental brands, plus there’s no mileage limit. I’ll definitely rent from them again.
