Very convenient. There's a counter right outside the airport. The staff's English isn't great, but the procedures are straightforward. Just make a copy of some documents and remember to bring the translated license provided by QEEQ. The staff then takes you to the parking lot to get the car. After confirming any existing scratches, you just take the keys and go. I’d rent a car again next time.

The service was excellent. I purchased basic insurance on the platform and upgraded to full coverage on-site, so there was no need for reimbursement. The store didn't inspect the vehicle much. Everything was very quick—15 minutes to pick up the car and 5 minutes to return it.

They ripped me off for extra day rental cos it took 30mins to find drop off zone so will never use them again
