Did not go to pick up the car

The pick-up process was convenient, and they offered a free car replacement due to a mechanical fault midway.

The store is shared with Hertz, and the staff assist each other, so the operation is highly efficient. There is a shuttle bus between the terminals, with frequent trips and an immediate pickup and drop-off, which is very convenient.

Like: The process was easy to reserve online. Pickup was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I picked up the car at night, so there was basically no line. The vehicle provided was nice. This is not my first time renting from here, and the experience is still great.

Had to wait in line for 10 minutes to pick up the car, but the process was smooth and efficient.

The cars from Dollar are relatively old, but they work fine. They even gave us a free upgrade. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient. However, they always try to add insurance without asking, so make sure to double-check when picking up the car. QEEQ helped me communicate and get it removed, so overall, I'm fairly satisfied. There are toll roads on the East Coast of the US, and I got lost a few times. I was charged $50 when I got back home, so be careful. On the West Coast, there's only one toll at the Golden Gate Bridge.
