Everything worked really well apart from returning the vehicle when they queried a tiny scratch on a wheel arch - it seemed like they were trying to find something to charge us with. We stood our ground and eventually they relented, as we knew this hadn't happened whilst in our rental. This could have been avoided if they had gone around the vehicle with us when we collected it.

Easy to use and hesitant due to the price, but booked using a company I had used before, so had peace of mind. Good communication from the company ahead of booking

The car was a hyundai i20 not the polo as advertised but it was clean and did the job well.

Some of the platform didn't work and I had to use online chat which sorted the issue

Yes the car was fine from begeening,I book for a economy but I upgrade at the rental place to bigger and I don't regret.Only think suuggest I left is a small wallet with changes ,but maybe will back to me ,if someone found.Overall very well and good company, compare where I rent in Krakow Airport ,where you drop -off vehicle and nobody check in ,and then you pay for a damage ,because someone damage.

I forfeited my car hire at green motion after seeing the staff fraudulently make damage claims on the cars being checked in at the horrified customers' expense. Told them there was no way I would touch their vehicles and went and booked an Avis car.

I am convinced Green Motion is involved in Organized fraud and cheating. I was charged PLN 2818.76 for very minor crack on screen but refused to give invoice. I protested but duty officer told that I will get invoice in my email. My flight was close and I had no choice but to go. Now 21 days passed I didn't get invoice. I called Katowice airport company office but no use. I am convinced company is doing same to every customer who rent a car without full insurance as crack is so minor that most people can't recognize the crack on pick up. I don't see any other reason except fraud for not providing the invoice for the money which company already received from me. I bought a third party Excess reimbursable insurance which I am afraid, I may not get.

Excellent job. Easyrentcars.com is very friendly, easy, and transparent company which gives me all the information correctly.
