Nice and Easy

Really great experience – they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and both collecting and returning the car were super easy.

I picked up the car at the office at 9AM on last Sunday but experienced with the unfriendly, no service mind male staff at the counter. After we got in to the car, we noticed that the seatbelt at the back seat didn't work just before we drove out. Then the female staff was still care enough and changed the new car for us, but didn't talk anything, just kept me the key and disappeared. My first time worse car rental experience in NZ!

The drivers side headlamp failed during the hire. Only solution Apex could offer was for me to arrange and pay for a replacement then be reimbursed. Not satisfactory. So had to avoid driving in the dark for 4 days until return.

drove in a vehicle have booked for. a bit wait for both pick up (Wellington airport) & drop off (Auckland airport), not that smooth. counter staff at pick up didn't introduce his products, had to offered myself. they should get more stuff on both ends to reduce the queues faster.

I found the car slightly dirty on the exterior which I found could have affected the visibility out the rear window. I cleaned this when I noticed the visibility restrictions. Great experiences otherwise!
