I repeatedly said I already purchased insurance, but they still added roadside assistance insurance for me. I ended up paying for it due to my poor language skills. After returning the car, I realized I was forced to buy additional insurance. Very disappointing!

The process was smooth, the location was convenient, and the car was new, clean, and tidy. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the driving laws of the country in advance.

Overall, quite good.

I got a new model two-door Peugeot 308, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Both pickup and drop-off processes were very straightforward, and most importantly, this car is fuel-efficient. I drove a total of 1600 kilometers and only refueled three times with E10, which cost me only 130 euros in total. Additionally, even though I crossed borders to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Germany, Europcar did not charge me any cross-border fees, which is much more considerate compared to OK Mobility when I rented a car in Frankfurt, Germany. Overall, I will definitely choose Europcar through QEEQ again next time.

Like: I don’t know whether they always give new car but our car is only 5 kms. The staff was in take up were so kindly and they helped us so much.
Dislike: The only thing that we didn’t like is drop off office. There are so much people who was waiting at office. The person who worked on drop off office helped us. People try to catch their flights that include international flights so rental company must increase worker number at this office.
