Rented an SUV but was given a sedan. The return location was moved farther away after booking. When I arrived to return the car, nobody was there despite prior arrangements. A minor accident was not covered by the insurance, even though I had full coverage. The booked amount didn't match the final charge.

The service during pick-up was acceptable, but the return experience was very poor. We returned the car at Izmir Airport, our last stop, and had a flight to Istanbul the next day. Since our hotel was right next to the airport, we decided to drop off all our luggage at the hotel before returning the car. After returning it, we asked if they could drop us back at the hotel, which was the Hilton nearby. Initially, the person said he didn’t know where the Hilton was, then after a phone call in Turkish, he pretended not to understand English anymore. This made me very angry because his English had been fine previously. Luckily, we had already dropped off our luggage; otherwise, we would have had a huge problem. The experience was awful.

We booked a baby seat, and they confirmed it at the desk, but when arrives found the car without and they said they run out of it. When we insisted on having one because we have 5 month baby, they managed to get one. It took very long time for drop off, no one was there and we had to wait for the shuttle driver to drop off the car.

they diducted 70$ from deposit for cleaning witch i rejected it and make objection but Avec dis not listened!!
