Not satisfied. How can the rental company be so irresponsible? They rented the car to me even though the tire was already damaged. It was very unsafe, and I only discovered the issue halfway through using the car. Later, I saw an email from the rental company, which confirmed the tire was already damaged when they gave the car to me. When picking up the car, they said they didn't have the X5 I reserved and wanted me to take an X3 instead, offering me a free tank of gas as compensation. I refused, and after some time, they finally gave me the X5. I had to wait 30 minutes at the site to get the car.

Unreasonable charges, unreasonable charges, unreasonable charges. I prepaid all costs including full insurance coverage through Zuzuche, only needing to pay an additional driver fee of 70 AUD on-site. However, they initially charged me 100 AUD upon pick-up, saying it was a deposit. After returning the car, they deducted another amount on-site. The bill they showed was 74.33 AUD, which I thought was the 70 AUD additional driver fee plus 4.33 AUD for Melbourne tolls. But later, I received an email from Avis showing net charges of 174.33 AUD, meaning they kept the previous deposit and fully deducted it.

Very satisfied, although I originally booked a Toyota Corolla hatchback, they ended up giving me a Kia.

Like: Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Car condition was excellent! No tedious paperwork etc..will use it again!
