Easy Rent Car

The experience was just so-so. The car was old, but the interior was relatively clean.

Due to a long wait for the visa on arrival, I reached the car rental counter around 22:00 instead of the originally planned 19:00. The staff initially wrote the pickup and return times as 19:00, which I corrected upon noticing. The car was not fully fueled, and when I pointed this out, the staff either didn't understand or pretended not to. They still marked the fuel level as full on the rental form. Given the late hour, I chose not to argue further.

The counter staff was friendly, knowledgeable and clear with all instructions on car pickup, return, etc. Everything was fuss free and driver details were checked before confirmation.

the booking platform is easy to use and navigate. No problems whatsoever.

Dislike: GPS didn't match was outdated .. had a lot of lag and adress typically took a lot of satellite search ...
