Great car for long journey

The staff at pickup, though not fluent in English, was very friendly and helped fold down the back seats and load the luggage into the car. The staff at return was also very punctual and assisted in unloading the luggage and arranging it neatly.

The process for picking up and returning the car was convenient and efficient, and the vehicle condition confirmation procedure was simple and easy.

Very efficient. Even if you arrive outside business hours, there will be staff waiting for you. The self-driving experience in Kota Kinabalu is also very good, much better compared to Kuala Lumpur. If you're in Malaysia and want to try right-hand driving, I still recommend going to Kota Kinabalu.
