Yes Rental was cheap - you get what you pay for.

When the staff came to pick us up, they informed us that the car we had booked was not available and offered us a Hyundai SUV instead. Later, we found out that the car we initially booked had serious safety issues and was nearly written off after an accident! I think the staff should have informed us earlier. However, after communicating and negotiating through QEEQ, our issue was eventually resolved. They were quite good at solving problems.

Awesome car, plenty of space and tidy, for sure I will use Yes Rentals again

The drop off went badly and the guy tried to tell us we had got a stone chip on the window so he wouldn’t drop us back to the airport for ages

Great service. Not many car options, and mostly old model cars.
