Poor service attitude during car pickup.

Very average experience. Since I needed to drive to another country, I purchased full insurance at the Milan Airport location. However, it was a rip-off—on the first day they said it was 60 EUR, but by the third day when picking up the car, it had increased to 75 EUR per day. The staff had a terrible attitude, and it felt like robbery. Even with full insurance and returning the car with a full tank, they couldn't refund the deposit promptly.

The car we booked wasn't available, so they upgraded us to a Volvo V60. Although the rental cost increased a bit, it was still worth it.

The staff at the service center were quite good. However, the phone support staff had poor English communication skills. They struggled to understand our descriptions, and we had difficulty understanding her spoken English. It took a lot of effort to finally arrange a tow truck, and when the tow truck driver arrived, he said it didn't meet the requirements for towing. We ended up wasting time in the middle of the night. Eventually, we had to drive the car with the replaced tire to the Milan store ourselves the next day.

Did not give the car i booked. "or Similar car" was not similar. Ripped us off on the petrol refuelling charge on return
