Apex car rental: 10 out of 10. Easyrentcars : - 10out of 10

Issues with phone and internet on pick up day. Mix up due to lack of internet that Was difficult to add excess reduction fee. Rented again later in week, booked directly nil issues.

Very easy to deal with. Caught the free shuttle bus both for pick up and drop off and both times was prompt

As always so easy to get the best deal. Love the app!

Couldn't have had a better experience. The staff were lovely, the car was perfect and the price was excellent. I was there during a very difficult time (death of my Mother) and I was treated with such calm respect. I'm a firm fan of Apex now, and will hire from them for all future needs.
