Good value for money, staff were professional and very helpful, easy and fast process. Nice amenities included in the vehicle such as umbrella, phone charger, and phone mounts. The only negative was that the vehicle had a smell inside. Would definitely use YesAway again.

Great price, easy booking. The price drop alert and automatic rebooking when a lower price occurred was almost too good to be true. Even got a credit back after the booking, not sure why? Great experience, would use again.

“Day light robbery!”

The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us. After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.
